Tylarik was born in the city of Houston, Texas. 

As a child, Tylarik was inspired by his two older brothers, Walter and Leslie Kimble, who always directed him to pursue his dreams and not allow anything to stand in his way.  He grew up as an athlete and signed three professional football contracts.

Music has been his passion.   He's a performer, songwriter and producer.  His writing is inspired by his personal experiences and he has transitioned those experiences and feelings into the lyrics of his songs.

Tylarik was once a member of the Houston based-group, Center of Attention, “COA.”  He signed recording deals with Toval Weakly Record and Eartastic Records in Houston, Texas and in July 2019, Tylarik signed with Spider Music based in Athens, Greece. 

Tylarik was honored as the recipient of the 2019 Texas Southern Soul, "Up and Coming Artist of the Year!   In 2022, Tylarik made the decision to produce his own music under his record label, Tylarik Records, LLC.
